Marcin Winkiel

Graduated from the Faculty of Electronics of the Wrocław University of Technology, majoring in Computer Science. His entire professional career is related to the integration of systems and the creation of in-house applications. He started his adventure with ERP solutions at IMG Polska, where as SAP NetWeaver J2EE Skill Area Manager he was responsible for modern technologies based on JAVA language.

Co-founder of NESIM, since 2007 he has been effectively managing the work of the Department of System Integration and Portal Application Development. In addition to project management, concept development and designing system architecture, he also actively participates in design work. He effectively uses his many years of experience gained, among others, in Germany and Switzerland. He has participated in over 30 projects for brands such as: BMW, Bosch-Rexroth, Polkomtel, Raiffeisen, Mondi, DaimelChrysler, PTC, Agora and PKN Orlen.  

His advantages include openness, communication skills and the ability to listen carefully. Apart from his professional work, his interests include: stock exchange investments, sailing, windsurfing and snowboarding. He spends his free time on active recreation, preferably with his family. He believes his greatest successes are still ahead of him.
