eDeclarations

The eDeclarations solution allows you to streamline the time consuming process of preparing and sending PIT-11 / 8B, PIT-40, PIT-8AR, PIT-8C, PIT-4R documents, etc. The solution allows you to generate documents directly from the SAP ERP / HCM system. The main recipients of the solution are organizations with many employees, that are, as such, storing and sending mass amounts of PIT documents. The application provides a mechanism that supports the entire business process, starting with the preparation of a tax declaration, up to the delivery of the paper form to the employee and sending the electronic version to the Ministry of Finance.

Product features:

• Easy and quick to install. Product installation is limited to uploading previously prepared transports to the production system. The application does not require additional, time-consuming configuration of the SAP system in order to run it.
• Ergonomic to use. A clear and transparent report selection screen in the SAP HCM system allows users to start using the application almost immediately, without the need for prior preparation and training.
• Ergonomic in operation. The application works very efficiently, allowing you to generate large amounts of documents in an exceptionally short time. In addition, it provides the option to select the type of the output file, so that application users are not limited only to the format compliant with the guidelines of the Ministry of Finance.
• Ease of modification. Thanks to the appropriate structure, the product can be easily expanded with the option of preparing further declarations, as well as tailored to the client’s requirements in detail.
• The use of such mechanisms as digital signature or the SSL protocol allows for a significant increase in the security of the data sent. In addition, the architecture used allows for sending declarations without the need to connect the SAP ERP system to the Internet
• The solution architecture allows for the generated files to be delivered to a designated computer from which all declarations will be sent by selected means. It is possible to use SAP Process Integration or SAP Business Connector for this purpose.

Solution functionalities:

• generating electronic PIT documents based on data from the SAP ERP HCM system,
• signing PIT documents with a chosen certificate,
• sending PIT documents to the Ministry of Finance’s website,
• receiving the Official Receipt Confirmation,
• previewing the documents in a form compliant with requirements of the Ministry of Finance,
• arranging documents in a single database.

Thanks to the architecture used, the declaration submission process is completely secure. After generating files with declarations from the SAP ERP / HCM system, the user transfers them to a workstation with Internet access, from which they are sent to the Ministry of Finance server. The eDeclarations platform allows the use of SAP Process Integration or SAP Business Connector tools in the integration layer.
