E-Cart
The SAP integrated shopping cart of the eSales platform enables you to clearly present all relevant information, actual prices based on SAP price conditions or the availability of goods from stock. Products can be added from many places – from the catalog, existing orders, templates or directly. For the most advanced users, there is a possibility of using barcode readers. Most importantly, orders from the platform are immediately visible in SAP.
Customer orders
Finding an order in the eSales platform is very easy. The search engine allows you to find documents in a given period of time, with a specific status, order number or number of ordered materials. Does your customer often place the same or similar orders? The eSales platform allows you to copy products from historical orders to the cart, it is simple, quick and convenient for the customer. When you need to print an order – you just need to find it and print it in an elegant form.
Shopping templates
For customers who regularly order the same products, the platform offers the possibility of creating a shopping template. The customer chooses a template and after a few operations places a ready order. Simple, fast and effective. The eSales platform also allows you to create predefined templates visible to a specific group of customers.
